For more than 20 years and in various positions in the asset management industry, Michael Klimek was responsible for business development in different parts of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. As managing director at Invesco and the investment management divisions of Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, he built up new local businesses. He earned an M.A. in American Studies and Islamic Studies (FU Berlin).

Heidi Rauen has more than 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. As a founding member of Invesco in Germany, she helped build up Invesco’s presence in Continental Europe covering various positions in sales, client service, marketing and public relations. In 2001, she was appointed Head of Public Relations and Event Marketing for Continental Europe, which included responsibility for Pan-European media relations and for managing local teams across Continental Europe. Heidi holds an M.A. in Business Administration and Chinese Studies from the University of Trier.
